As a military family, we started this company because we have seen the incredible things human beings are capable of when they are not limited by pain. We also know that most people are great at taking care of others, but sometimes need help in learning to care for themselves. Our greatest hope is to help our clients to fill that gap.

It is our mission to support and encourage individuals, couples and families to thrive in a challenging culture. We are committed to our clients becoming champions for their own change through counseling, coaching and education interventions. We partner with clients to discover and build inner- strength and healing. Our goal is to teach healthy habits in personal and professional relationships, identify toxic philosophies and obstacles which keep individuals off their desired course. Natosha is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor (LMFT-S) providing innovative approaches to psychotherapy using systemic psychology. Natosha works with a wide range of patients and clients in parenting and relationship education, art therapy, virtual reality and exposure therapy and more. Natosha worked with the Department of the Army as a Behavioral Scientist in Risk Reduction, Public Health, Sexual Assault Prevention, Suicide Prevention, Substance Abuse Prevention and Ready & Resilience Programs, serving as Special staff to the Commanding General and advisor to commanding officers, soldiers and families. Natosha provided clinical treatment in in-patient hospitals before becoming a Clinical Services Manager working with acute patients from across the state. Her status as a LMFT-S means she has been approved by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council to provide supervision to Associates training to become marriage and family therapists. As a PhD Candidate, Natosha continues research in transition to adulthood and multicultural experiences.

Andre is responsible for overseeing business operations across all departments. His duties include hiring new staff, conducting office meetings and implementing proactive strategies to improve productivity and build employee morale. He also schedules appointments, conduct client intakes, resolve employee and client issues

He also schedules appointments, conduct client intakes, resolve employee and client issues while providing exceptional customer service. Andre’s diverse background include human resource management, logistical support, and serving as a Sexual Assault Response Coordinator. His excellent interpersonal communication skills help facilitate a welcoming atmosphere to The Reset Universe. Andre has great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities that enhances the day-to-day operation of the practice
